Hey all you #SportsVizSunday fans, it's great to be back with another edition of the weekly round-up. If you missed it this week, the #SportsVizSunday family expanded as CJ Mayes, Mo Wootten, and Simon Rowe joined the crew to help lead our community initiative. This analysis on La Liga goal kick lengths by Jon Ollington is a great one to look through and explore. He does a lot of fabulous stuff, so make sure to give him a follow as well!
I really enjoyed this analysis by Michael Lopez about where running backs line up in the backfield compared to the play type. Very intriguing!
As a Gunners fan, I love what I'm seeing from Ramsdale as of late. Check out this analysis by John Harrison and how performance against Aston Villa.
I really liked this dashboard by Jake Scott about the Ultra Trail Run winners. Really cool way to show several details about each runner.
I can't say I've ever seen a Sam Parsons viz that I didn't like, and this one is no exception. Just an absolutely wonderful way to display this data. The legend in the top right on how to read the viz is the thing that puts it over the top for me!

I really like reading The Players' Tribune articles, but they took it to another level this time by incorporating some data visualization into this article about one of the Splash Bros, Klay Thompson.
